On the occasion of the 20th Medieval Festival on the 17th and 18th of August 2019, the public will plunge into the Middle Ages to relive the time of knights in the sumptuous setting of the Château de Grandson, with its gardens, court yard and venerable rooms. As every year, we invite you to discover our rich programme specially adapted for children. A medieval costume is gracefully available for all.

To see, to experiment and to taste
Musicians, dancers, jugglers and saltimbanks will rub shoulders with medieval reenactors in a warm and authentic ambiance to reconstitute as faithfully as possible the time of the Seigneurs of Grandson. You will also discover games of yesteryear and the parades of the Chatelaine. Our craftsmen will offer a playful journey for our younger visitors to discover the world of stonemasons, blacksmiths, potters and other artisans of earth, leather and wood.
